    Hi there,

    I’ve started using your plugin on my WordPress account. We are having an issue with multiple users. A page is now coming up saying that the test has been taken the maximum amount of time after only one response. How can I fix this?

    Hi Megan,

    Welcome to QSM Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

    Please check you have set both of the options below set to zero:

    “How many times can a user take this quiz? (Leave 0 for as many times as the user wants to.)”

    “How many total entries can this quiz have? (Leave 0 for unlimited entries)”

    If this does not solve the problem, please give your website’s admin credentials so that I can take a look.

    I solved my problem with smash karts.
