    Hi, in this quiz https://www.newpig.com/expertadvice/osha-floor-safety-rule-quiz/ question 11 is an example (but not the only example) of a multiple response question that doesn’t register the answsers at all. All are correct, but if I check all answers and hit submit after filling out the rest of the quiz, it says the answer is wrong and doesn’t even show that I answered it at all. The question is required in order to complete the quiz, so this isn’t possible.
