    Hello,

    Imagine this test:

    Page 1
    Question 1. Are you male/female
    a. male
    b. female

    Page 2
    Question 2. whatever…
    Question 3. whatever…

    I want that:
    – if the user select a in question 1, show question 2 and hide question 3
    – if the user select b in question 1, show question 3 and hide question 2

    I have implemented it with logic and it’s ok. The problem is that I want to be mandatory to answer Question 2 o 3 (based on what the user selected in question 1). If I put Question 2 and Question 3 as requiered, when I finish the test, I have a message saying that I have to complete all the answers… So, although the question is hidden correctly, I can’t finish the test because it verifies that the hidden question is mandatory and not answered.

    Can I have mandatory questions based on the logic explained?

    Welcome To QSM Pro Support. Hope you are doing well.

    Yes, you guessed it right. On one hand, you are hiding the question and on the other hand you are making it required to answer. So, it is not possible to make both terms possible at the same time.

    Sim, é possível tornar uma pergunta obrigatória com base na lógica de exibição, mas isso depende da plataforma de formulários que está a utilizar. A maioria das ferramentas como Google Forms ou Typeform exige que a lógica também controle a obrigatoriedade. Para garantir que funcione corretamente, associe a obrigatoriedade apenas quando a pergunta estiver visível. Baixar SnapTube visite o site para explorar outras soluções interativas que facilitam este tipo de lógica condicional.
