    I am not able to create the first test getting the error “Error! There has been an error in this action. Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001”

    Hi,

    If you have not created any quiz, then I request you to please try deleting and reinstalling the plugin once again.

    Please let me know if it helped or not.

    Due to late reply, and the feature we are looking for is not available in this plugin we have to drop the idea of running the online quiz on my website. So please refund the amount which we have to pay you.

    Actually our users haven’t experienced such error previously. That is why it took time to find out the root cause.

    I apologize if you got frustrated but our main motive was to find out the right cause and then troubleshoot it. We have already planned to fix this issue in the next version release. But If you want, we can provide you the fix specifically for you within a day on urgent basis.

    Thanks for your concern, while we have drop the idea to use this plugin. so make refund as soon as possible.
