Good day!
I have the following question.
I have several different tests for different user levels. The logic of the passage is as follows: if the user has successfully confirmed the level on test No. 1, he proceeds to test No. 2, etc. It is important to note that contact information must be requested before the start of test No. 1 and no longer requested until the end of the tests
Tell me, please, how can I implement this functionality?
November 12, 2019 at 6:04 am #1141vitaliy stremlinParticipantMaybe it’s possible to somehow implement this with different pages of the same test? But at the same time, the condition of success of the current page must be checked.

Welcome to the QSM Pro Support!
Yes, you can implement this by using different pages for the same test. But right now, QSM does not check for the condition of success of the current page. If you like we can make it as a future request and pass it our development team.
And you can take the user’s contact info by using this setting in the ‘option’ tab: ‘Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?’

Yes, it would be great if your team could implement this functional.
It seems to me that it would also be useful to introduce more functions when choosing the conditions for sending emails, for example, if the number of points scored in a certain category meets a certain condition
November 13, 2019 at 6:51 am #1152Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Vitaliy,
I will forward request to our development team regarding the same.
Regarding, “It seems to me that it would also be useful to introduce more functions when choosing the conditions for sending emails, for example, if the number of points scored in a certain category meets a certain condition.” Can you please explain your request in this sentence. As I didn’t clearly understand it.
Kind Regards,
KritiNovember 13, 2019 at 9:17 am #1155vitaliy stremlinParticipantI meant that when sending letters and displaying the results, we have, in fact, 2 conditions:
– Total Points Earned
– Correct Score PercentageIt would be very useful if conditions could be created, for example
– Total points earned in category A is equal to 10
– Correct Score percentage in category B is less than 7
…November 13, 2019 at 12:45 pm #1156Kriti SharmaKeymasterVitaliy,
Sure, I will pass on your feature requests to our development team and we will try to accommodate these in the future updates.
Thanks for reaching out to us!

1) In my test, 5 pages with questions. But there’s a problem. When I insert a test through a shortcode on a page of my site, all 5 pages are displayed in a row without any division into pages. What am I doing wrong?
2) before starting the test, I ask the user for the name, company name, phone and mail. but it displayed on my site immediately after this request are questions of the test. How can I make sure that information is first requested, and then only a test appears?

1. Did you experience this issue after update of any plugin/theme on the website? Can you please share the website’s login details so that I can check why this issue is happening?
2. Yes, you can do this by enabling ‘Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?’ in the ‘Options’ tab of QSM Settings.

I logged in to your website but it was in another language. And also I noticed through WordPress symbols that there is nothing installed on your website. I am also attaching screenshot with my response.

I pasted the quizz’s shortcode by creating a new ‘test’ page on your website and the quiz was working perfectly alright. Here is the link of the quiz: https://www.ctgroup.kz/test/
It shows 5 page test and all the pages comes one after another. And you can use following template variables: %CATEGORY_POINTS_X% & %CATEGORY_SCORE_X%, to show category based scores/points. Also, you can make the questions as required in ‘show advanced settings’ if you want to make mandatory for the user to submit the answers.
