    Hi,
    The Facebook / Twitter social sharing buttons are not displaying the text or icon that I have set.

    Ex. I’ve completed %POINT_SCORE% out of 200 items on the Bucket List challenge!

    It should have my blog icon photo as well.

    I request you to please share the screenshots of Facebook and Twitter sharing text so that I can check the variables.

    Hi Mandy,

    Please check the following screenshots of fb and twitter sharing texts. Both are working.

    As per the FB sharing rules when you click on the FB post, you can see the scores as per the FB sharing text.

    Is there a way that this can be updated so that it doesn’t say “Visit the post for more” and just show the score right away. I think this is the main purpose of Facebook sharing.

    It’s also supposed to show my icon, so I don’t think you have exactly resolved my question.

    Hi Mandy,

    Please check the screenshot of my staging website. It is showing the customized text properly. Also, The Fb post doesn’t display the icon.

    Please make sure that you are using the current version of the QSM on your website because we have resolved this in the recent updates.

    I am on the current version of QSM and it is still not showing up – is there a way you can look into my account and figure out the reason why it the customized text is not showing up?

    Yes, please share the admin credentials of your website with me so that we can look into the issue. Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.

    Hi,

    I have imported your quiz for testing on my staging website.

    Bucket List

    The sharing text is correct. Please see my screen-shot

    I am seeing jetpack plugin facebook og tags in customer’s webpage source code.

    Perhaps that is affecting QSM sharing data to facebook.

    Please try removing it and see if it works.

    Remove Jetpack’s Open Graph meta tags
