    Hi there

    I’m just getting set up and there are a few things going on. This is the error code:
    Error 0024 – Usage tracker failed due to following reason: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: data.quizandsurveymaster.com
    Then I read somewhere that there is a theme conflict – how do I fix that?

    Hi,

    Welcome to QSM Pro Support. Hope you are doing well.

    To check for the theme conflict. Try switching the theme of your website to the basic WordPress theme. If the error resolves then use a different theme for your website than the one you were using before.

    Also, make sure to take a backup of your website before switching between themes.

    Hey Andrea, I had that exact issue on my plumbing supply chula vista blog not too long ago. The error code you mentioned popped up, and after some digging, I found out it was a theme conflict causing the problem. What worked for me was switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One to test things out. Once I confirmed the error disappeared, I knew it was the theme. From there, I either updated the theme or reached out to the developer for support. It’s a bit of trial and error, but that should point you in the right direction. Good luck!
