I’m just getting set up and there are a few things going on. This is the error code:
Error 0024 – Usage tracker failed due to following reason: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: data.quizandsurveymaster.com
Then I read somewhere that there is a theme conflict – how do I fix that?

To check for the theme conflict. Try switching the theme of your website to the basic WordPress theme. If the error resolves then use a different theme for your website than the one you were using before.
Also, make sure to take a backup of your website before switching between themes.

The error code you mentioned popped up, and after some digging, I found out it was a theme conflict causing the problem. What worked for me was switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One to test things out. Once I confirmed the error disappeared, I knew it was the theme. From there, I either updated the theme or reached out to the developer for support. It’s a bit of trial and error, but that should point you in the right direction. Good luck!
