    Hi,

    I have integrated QSM in my course on EDUMA platform. After users finish the quizz I have prepared an email with their results to be sent to them in EMAILS section.

    However no email is sent / recieved after the quizz is finished.

    Can you help me solve the issue or give me some possible solutions?

    To check if your site doesn’t have any problem sending email, try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-test-email/.

    Checked and it is working normally = mails are being sent and delivered.

    What else can I do to fix it?

    What will happen if you temporarily remove the current condition?

    Still doesn’t work.

    Like something is stopping email to go out..
    Even if change the “who to send email” address it still doesn’t work.

    Hello there,

    Please temporarily use my email [email protected] and rerun your test by taking your quiz. And also please share a link to your quiz page if you want me to test it out.
