    Hi – I set up a quiz and in testing it was working fine until thus afternoon, then the emails have stopped coming into my mailbox. They are still being shown on the Results dashboard… Need to know why this isn’t happening and the client will want a copy of the quiz each time someone takes it!

    At present I have set this up in the who to send to field %USER_EMAIL% [email protected]

    Help please! Is there a limit on how many times you can test in a day?

    Thanks – really urgent response if possible please.

    Welcome To QSM Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

    You will have to set different email templates for users and admin. Please refer to this video for setting up email templates:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=coE5W_WB-48&t=164s

    Yes, you can do this with ‘Daily Limit’ addon of QSM. Otherwise, you can also set ‘How many times can a user take this quiz? (Leave 0 for as many times as the user wants to.)’ setting in ‘Option’ tab for every user if you are looking for an alternative to addon.
