Good day. Is there a conflict between QSM and Elementor Pro? I created a quizz which works perfectly when I load the short code in a WordPress page. However, once I edit the page with Elementor, the quizz does not work anymore. It replicates the quizz innumerable times in the page, copies the image in the Elementor page etc. The submit button also does not work.

Welcome again to QSM Pro Support.
I tested QSM with Elementor on my localhost. And everything worked fine on my localhost. Here are the things I noticed when used QSM with Elementor.

1. When we edit the page in Elementor which was earlier created using WordPress editor, it becomes difficult to style those WordPress modules using Elementor styles. So, we have to delete those WordPress modules and recreate the page using Elementor styles.
2. Next, paste the quiz’s shortcode in the Elemmentor using Shortcode module.
3. Then, click ‘Apply’ -> ‘Update’ button to apply the shortcode in the page.
4. Now if you preview the page, the quiz will work perfectly. And if you see quiz numerable times on the Elementor editing page, just refresh that page and you will see the quiz as perfect as on the preview page.Kind Regards,

Thank you for the response, I really appreciate the detail you went into.
I did everything that you suggested. I created a new Elementor page, just with an image and some heading text. I then added the quiz, using the embedded short code link. I then applied and updated the changes. This caused the quiz to appear numerous times on the Elementor page. When I viewed the page, the quizz appear correctly though. The only problem now, is that the submit button does not work. I set up the quizz so that it will send emails etc (this works perfectly when not using Elementor), but this does not work at all when the quizz is added to the Elementor page. The results also does not show.

Can you please share the URL of your website, admin credentials, the name of quiz and webpage(created using Elementor) so that I can see what is going wrong. Because the quiz worked perfectly on my testing site with Elementor.
Kind Regards,

I tested the plugin and a quizz on another website with Elementor. Here it works fine. It must therefor be some other conflict on the site. Do you perhaps know of any plugins that there is a known conflict with? Unfortunately I cannot share the login details with you. This is a site that I do for a client, not my own.
December 2, 2019 at 6:13 pm #1345Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
To find out which plugin is creating a conflict, disable all the plugins at once and then activate them one by one to check which plugin is causing the issue. You can also compare the plugins of both websites to find out the conflicting plugin.
Kind regards,

Helps eliminate layout problems when integrating multiple plugins on the same page, especially when playing a game like tiny fishing where site stability is important.
