    Hello. I have created a quiz in which all questions need to be answered before the user can go to the following page. Consequently, there should not be any unanswered questions. However, when I look at the results of the users, the results show that some questions are unanswered. I have tried the quiz myself a few times after, and the problem reappears several times, to different questions. Please refer to the screenshots (2 different users. for one user, Q4,5,6 are unanswered – which is not possible as all questions must be answered). As a result of that, the scoring system is totally inaccurate. Please assist in this matter. Thanks.

    Having the same problem. Started happening end of last year. Just tested it and noticed that if the first and last answers are selected they don’t show up. i.e. out of a range of 1-5, if I selected either 1 or 5 they don’t register but 2,3,4 is OK.

    Is there a fix for this?

    I worked it out! It doesn’t like spaces at the end of any text in the answers. Having thought it might be to do with two word answers e.g. ‘Strongly Agree’, taking that space out wasn’t the issue. It was a space after ‘Agree’ that it didn’t like.

    Have gone in and edited all the questions to remove any following spaces and it now works OK. Hope this resolves it for you too.

    It’s been perfectly fine up until recently, so I guess a recent update coding change has affected this.

    Hello Clare. Good that you resolve the issue. I don’t think my issue is the same as the bug comes up randomly. It can be for one question in one test, and a different question in another.

    Please try removing empty blank spaces at the end of the answers. Meanwhile I am talking to the development team regarding this issue.

    Hi,

    We have login to http://www.jeparleenglish.fr/ and edited the quiz https://www.jeparleenglish.fr/quiz/tester-votre-anglais/ to remove all empty spaces after answers.

    We were able to get 30 out of 30 which is full marks after I have edited the quiz.

    We had edited all questions to remove empty spaces after the answers.

    In case any answer is not working, just check and remove empty spaces after the answer.

    There are 3 customer in the support thread.

    Clare Evans had already confirm that it is a problem with empty spaces after answers.

    As for Claudia Sing, we had login to her website http://www.jeparleenglish.fr/ and confirm that it is also the case of empty spaces after answers.

    As for the Vo Huy, it is probably the same issue.

    Just curious: why are the errors random? For one user, the error happens in say, question 5. For another user, there is no error for question 5, but say, question 8?
