    Is it possible to insert a page after the ID entry page? So the idea is for the person giving the survey to enter the ID, hit next and it will have the intro page. They then hand it over to the person who will be completing it and they can read a little bit about what it is.
    I’ve thought of putting the intro at the top of the first question, but the problem is I’m doing a random display of 4 questions out of a pool of 14, so any of them could be the first question. Anyway, if there is some trick to inserting this intro, I’d appreciate it.

    Trying to customize the survey by adding an intro page before the random set of questions. Just want to make sure the intro shows first every time, and the questions still load randomly after that.
