I have created around 34 multiple-choice/multiple-select questions. They were working fine and then all of a sudden only a couple of questions would not record that the student had selected the right answer, and would appear as incorrect, when in fact the student had put in the correct issue. I tried making a new question from scratch and again, none of the answers were being recorded as correct. The response page seems to be broken. Please advise as to why this is happening. I’ve already cleared the cache and updated the plugins. Other people were having the same issues as me and this forum suggested those solutions, however like the other people, it didn’t work for me either. This is the main part of the website so it has to work, please advise.
