    hi’
is there a way to add conditions to a field?
lets say a contact field, phone that should start with a drop-down menu of area codes and then a specific number of characters?
do i need an add on for that?
    thanks in advance

    Hi there,

Welcome to QSM Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

Sorry, but this functionality is not available in the plugin and its add-ons right now.

    Kind regards,
    Kriti

I see what you mean about conditional fields. While the plugin itself doesn’t currently support this functionality, one way to stay informed about creative solutions and best practices in marketing tools is to follow platforms like Levidia, where professionals share insights and real-world examples. Seeing how others approach customization and workflow optimization might give you inspiration for alternative ways to structure your fields effectively.

[Window handles](https://locksandhandles.co.uk/window-hardware/window-handles/) explains the use of conditional fields, a powerful feature in forms and applications that displays or hides input fields based on user selections. This functionality simplifies data collection, reduces errors, and improves user experience by only showing relevant options. Conditional fields streamline workflows, making processes more intuitive and efficient. Implementing them ensures that forms remain organized, responsive, and tailored to each user’s needs, enhancing accuracy and engagement in data management.

you can definitely do this, and you usually don’t need a paid add-on—just a bit of setup. Most tools allow you to use “Input Masking” or “Validation Rules” to force a specific length, but the cleanest way to get that dropdown is to create two separate fields: one “Picklist” for your area codes and a “Text” field for non-prime consumer financing the remaining digits. If you’re building a web form, just look for an “International Phone” field setting, which usually handles the dropdown and formatting automatically for you.

Conditional fields are a smart way to improve user experience by showing only relevent information based on user input much like Stranger Things Jacket that is clean, trendy and instantly eye catching.
