    Good morning,
I have a multiple choice quiz with numerical values. Items are divided into categories.
How can I perform arithmetic operations between category results? (for example, a subtraction between the total and a category)
    thanks
    Denis

    Hi Denise,

Sorry to say this, but this isn’t possible at the moment.

    Regards,

At its core, Dordle is built on a genius idea: take the structure of Wordle, but make players solve two puzzles at once. Each guess applies to both words. Each grid gives feedback independently. You still only get seven guesses total.

As someone who’s built quizzes for my classroom, I’ve faced similar challenges with numerical calculations across categories. I found that using JavaScript functions to track selections by category worked well – storing values in variables and then manipulating them mathematically when needed. For my literature quiz, I subtracted fiction scores from total scores to analyze preferences. If you’re looking for a break after quiz building, the puzzle game Sprunki offers a refreshing mental challenge.

To get a final result, calculations are performed between distinct categories—each representing different types of data or variables. gbwhatsapp These categories might interact through comparison, weighting, or aggregation. The relationship between them determines the outcome, making the process both analytical and structured, often used in statistics, finance, or data science.
