    Hello

    im experiencing that sometimes ppl take quiz but in the end it says 0% answered. Do i go to resultpage it shows that ppl havent answered one question out of 20.

    Do you know this issue?

    Hello

    How many months has been, you could not find a solution to the problem.

    We are telling you the problem. It has become an update in the program.

    40 students received 0 again. It is enough.

    You leave our institution in a difficult situation. Now somebody offer a solution.

    I understand your pain completely but it would be really helpful if you can share the quizz’s url and the website credentials so that our development team can look into the issue.

    Hi

    Our software developer friends found the source of the problem.

    quiz-master-next.6.4.11 trial is working correctly.

    If quiz-master-next.6.4.12 installed faulty old repair works fine. Application reviews why your team is evaluating. Very troubled.

    There is no problem with results. It is saved in database and can be seen in Quiz Results page.

    Please try to edit quiz and check Text tab -> %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS%

    This option cannot be blank. If this is blank you will not get results recorded in Quiz Results page.

    If you are still facing the issue, please provide us the admin credentials of your website so that our developer will look into it.
