ParticipantMorning!
I noticed a small problem when creating and running the test.
My test (https://www.ctgroup.kz/english-test-online-2/) has 7 sections (Reading 1-3, Listening 1-4).
At the end of the test, I count the number of correct answers in each section and show the user of the test.In all questions there is a tick “require an answer to a question.” However, now I see that some answers do not count.
For example:
Listening
Section 1 – 10 of 10
Section 2 – 10 of 10
Section 3 – 10 of 10
Section 4 – 10 of 10
Reading
Section 1 – 13 of 13
Section 2 – 13 of 13
Section 3 – 10 of 1437

KeymasterHi Vitality,
The issue occurs when the answers have empty blank spaces at the end. So please look for the blank spaces at the end of the answers and remove them.
Kind regards,

ParticipantI’m having an issue where some answers aren’t being counted in my test, even though they’re marked as required. It’s similar to how Spotify sometimes doesn’t track play counts correctly. Could this be a backend issue?

ParticipantI once spent days working on a detailed report for a client, only to be told that my answers did not count due to formatting and clarity issues. It was incredibly frustrating, considering the effort I had put in. That’s when I realized the value of professionally refined content. Now, I rely on ghostwriter services to ensure my work is structured, engaging, and meets all necessary requirements. Whether it’s business documents, creative writing, or academic content, having an expert polish my work has made a significant difference in achieving success and avoiding costly mistakes.
