    Hi!

    I have set up a survey — no grade with 2 questions plus contact information.
    When I click ‘submit’ the circle goes around and does not stop. What setting do I need to change?
    The results goes to the results tab with the accurate information.

    QSM version:
    QSM – Advertisement Be Gone: 2.0.0
    Quiz And Survey Master: 6.4.8

    WP version:
    Version: 5.4
    Language: en_US

    Hi Sharon,

    Our team has found out that Qsm is having a conflict with Google sheets add-on. If you’ve also installed that add-on on your website then please disable it and check whether the problem resolves or not.

    Please confirm.

    I’ve got the same issue… (no Google sheets add-on)

    My results page works on a “test” quiz (with only 7 questions), but it doesn’t work on the 37 questions quiz?

    I’ve set both up with the same results page, so I’m very confused as to what the issue could be???

    I do not have the google plugin. the only plug in I have is the no add plugin.

    Thanks Sharon and Niels for confirming. Please share the quizz’s url with me and it would be more helpful if you can share the website’s admin credentials. Make sure to set the message as private before the credentials.

    I can tell you’ve been on to something on my site, but I haven’t heard from you.

    Hi Niels,

    We got the issue on your website – there is no coding issue, you have setup the emails wrongly.

    For example: you have added shortcode in email like %CATEGORY_POINTS%Online_Reputation% which is wrong so you need to add like: %CATEGORY_POINTS_Online Reputation% this.

    Please make sure not add ‘_’ in category name.

    Hope this resolves the issue.

    So it was the email that messed it up, great to know!
