    I noticed name, email, business, and phone can be added to MailChimp integration contact tab. Can other fields be added? We need to create a couple of new categories that merge into our subscribe form. The have a drop down.

    It’s only possible to send email address, first name, last name, telephone and address to mail chimp.

    Yes, Mailchimp allows adding custom fields—including dropdowns—to your audience via the form builder or audience settings. You can create new categories with predefined options and map them to your subscribe form. These fields will appear in the contact tab once configured correctly. Official Website
