    Hi,
    my quiz has 31 questions but the answers only count 30 questions.
    in other words, if I answer 31 questions correctly I receive a message tell me I have answered correctly 30 questions out of 30.
    All the questions are identically set.

    Hi Charles,

    I tried to submit the quiz but wasn’t able to submit it. Because it was asking me to fill all the required fields even when I have filled all of them.

    So, I need to check the backend settings of the quiz. Please provide us the admin credentials of your website. Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.

    Hi Charles,

    When I logged in to your website, I noticed that you have now removed the contact fields and also reduced the questions to 23.

    When I submitted the survey, all of the 23 questions were recorded and displayed on the results page. It seems like the issue is resolved now.

    Hi Charles,

    The issue was you have not selected the correct answer for “Je sursaute facilement” this question due to this you were getting 30 correct instead of 31

    Now 31 out of 31 are being correct. Hope the issue is resolved now.

    Hi, Thank you so much!
    It was my fault then.
    Unfortunately I have another problem:
    as you can see (https://hypersensibilites.com/index.php/hypersensibiliteletest/) the tickboxes in the quiz are no longer visible and tickable both on Firefox and Explorer (unlike other boxes on other forms on my site).

    The checkboxes are clickable but they are not visible. Please paste the following css code to make them visible:

    .qsm-quiz-container .qsm-contact-type-checkbox input{

display: inline-block;

}
