    Hi,

    I have integrated QSM in my course on EDUMA platform. After users finish the quizz I have prepared an email with their results to be sent to them in EMAILS section.

    However no email is sent / recieved after the quizz is finished.

    Can you help me solve the issue or give me some possible solutions?

    To check if your site doesn’t have any problem sending email, try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-test-email/.

    Checked and it is working normally = mails are being sent and delivered.

    What else can I do to fix it?

    Still doesn’t work.

    Like something is stopping email to go out..
    Even if change the “who to send email” address it still doesn’t work.

    It’s interesting to see how QSM integrates with different platforms like EDUMA. Have you checked your email settings for quiz results? Maybe there’s a configuration issue causing the emails not to send. Here’s a helpful resource on improving email delivery with golf hit

    The most common solutions are to verify your EDUMA/QSM email settings (like the “From” address), ensure your hosting’s PHP mail function is working, or use a dedicated SMTP plugin like WP Mail SMTP EZPassIN website to improve reliability.

    Hi there, this sounds like a common email delivery issue with QSM (Quiz and Survey Master). First, check that email settings in QSM are configured correctly and that the “From” address is valid, and test if other WordPress emails (like password reset) are being sent, if not, the server’s PHP mail function may be disabled, so try using an SMTP plugin to improve deliverability.
