    Hi support,
    We use your plugin for a long time without problems, but for the last 6 months we haven’t received new results and the statics page is totally empty.
    Could you help us to sove this probelm, please?

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

    As we aren’t experiencing this issue at our end. I request you to please check for plugin or theme conflict.

    To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please provide us the admin credentials of your website so that we can look into the issue.

    It’s very depressing not being able to see the statistics of your progress. Students need to keep an eye on their progress to see what they are doing wrongly.
