    Hi,
    I failed to get “Extra Template Variables” to work.

    Does not work
    %QUESTION_ANSWER_CORRECT%
    Does not work
    %QUESTION_ANSWER_INCORRECT%
    etc…

    Do you have the same problem? My other purchases are working fine.

    I’ve been having the exact same problem for quite a while now. I expected 1.1.1 version to correct the problem, but it didn’t. Any solutions?

    Also, I forgot to mention that the %CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO% is not working at all. As for the %QUESTION_ANSWER_INCORRECT%, sometimes it only shows the first question, regardless of whether it’s wrong or not. For other users, it shows all questions and answers, also ignoring whether they are correct or not. But the %CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO% is not showing at all, blank space instead.

    It’s been causing this issue for many months now, I hope it will get fixed soon.

    Hi Alexander,

    Yes, I checked both of these variables and they both aren’t working as per the requirement. I have forwarded the issue to the development team. I will keep you posted as soon as I hear back from them.

    I also checked the Correct Answer Info template variable and it is working fine on my staging website. Please check the following test quiz: https://support-qsm.expresstech.dev/quiz/test/

    I request you to please update the plugin to the latest release. If you still face the issue with Correct Answer Info variable then I request you to please share the admin credentials of your website so that we can look into the issue. Make sure to set the message a private before sharing the credentials.

    Dear Kriti,

    Today I’ve been testing both of the issues and I’ve found out some things are still not working properly.

    %QUESTION_ANSWER_INCORRECT% now works as expected, just showing the incorrectly answered questions. The problem is it takes the default formatting. Some months ago, I was able to select the text shown by setting my preferences in the %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% Text box from the text tab. Will this still be possible?

    Unfortunately, the %CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO% is still not showing. But I guess it has to do with what I’ve explained above. As I cannot set the text for %QUESTION_ANSWER_INCORRECT%, where I defined to show the %CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO%, it is not showing at all.

    Sorry to keep bothering you with this, but I know it is not intended to work this way because it used to work well before all major updates.

    Hi Alexander,

    The %CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO% variable only works with %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% variable and not with %QUESTION_ANSWER_INCORRECT% variable. Also you can not customize %QUESTION_ANSWER_INCORRECT% variable.
