    Hi QSM Team,

    We are facing an issue while implementing this plugin. Actually we need to display email form on the Result page.
    Our requirement is, we need to send email to the user’s email id, that user will enter on the result page.

    so basically flow will be like this.
    – user will see all the questions and will submit the quiz on the last question. Then user will land on the result page. Here we will not display the result. We will ask to user to enter the email so that we can send the result on the user’s email id. This is our requirement.

    Could you please help on this.

    Welcome to the QSM Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

    I have created a similar quiz using QSM. Please check the following URL: https://support-qsm.expresstech.dev/quiz/sending-results-to-users/

    To create a similar quiz, please set this option “Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?” to ‘End’. And then use Redirect URL of the Results page.
