    Hello!

    I just created a survey on my webpage with cnotact form at its end. The contact form works on a desktop, however, not on a phone. It does not apppear at all. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Thank you very much 🙂

    That’s a pretty common issue when forms work fine on desktop but disappear on mobile. It usually happens due to missing responsive settings or script conflicts between desktop and mobile views. Try validating your form plugin and checking browser console errors.
