    I have mentioned the following in the result page:

    “Thanks for submitting your response! You can edit this message on the “Results Pages” tab.
    * RESULT ID: %RESULT_ID%
    * POINT SCORE: %POINT_SCORE%
    * CATEGORY POINTS: %CATEGORY_POINTS_X%
    * AVERAGE CATEGORY POINTS: %AVERAGE_CATEGORY_POINTS_X%
    * CATEGORY AVERAGE POINTS: %CATEGORY_AVERAGE_POINTS%
    * CATEGORY SCORE: %CATEGORY_SCORE_X%
    * POLL RESULTS: %POLL_RESULTS_X%”

    But this is the result I get:
    * POINT SCORE: 9
    * CATEGORY POINTS: 0
    * AVERAGE CATEGORY POINTS: 0
    * CATEGORY AVERAGE POINTS: 4.5
    * CATEGORY SCORE: 0
    * POLL RESULTS:

    POINT SCORE, CATEGORY POINTS, AVERAGE CATEGORY POINTS, CATEGORY SCORE and POLL RESULTS remain 0.
    This while I have bought all the Addins!
    Please instruct asap.

    Hi there,

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

    “CATEGORY POINTS, AVERAGE CATEGORY POINTS, CATEGORY SCORE and POLL RESULTS remain 0” because you haven’t customized these variables according to your category. You need to replace the ‘X’ in these template variables with the name of the category.

    Suppose you have created a category named “History” so the template variable %CATEGORY_POINTS_X% becomes %CATEGORY_POINTS_History%. This is how you will have to customize all the template variables.

    Regards,
    Kriti
