    Hi,

    In the tab email, I set some email blocks, so users will get the results of their quiz.
    I also added an email address for the admin, so he will be notified if someone fills out the quiz

    Both options don’t work. No one receives email. Please help!

    Hi Jacqueline,

    Welcome to Qsm Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

    I am seeing that you have entered user_ email in both the windows. You need to put your email I’d in other email window to receive the email.

    Also, you will receive the email only if the conditions are properly met. The qsm plugin uses wordpress email function to send emails. To check whether your website is properly sending emails, try changing the email address in the user profile. If you receive an email from the website regarding the confirmation, then it is working properly.

    ouch, the website isn’t sending emails. I’ll try to fix this first and than I’ll try again.
