    I want to get three addons (Mailchimp, Extra Template and Logic), but QSM contact form is not showing up in my website.
    I already tried to deactivate all my plugins and also changed theme to WordPress 2019, but none of these worked.

    I can send login data if you need to check it out – the webpage is http://www.killbills.com.br/qsm (there is a passcode to access, “priscilla”).

    For me, Mailchimp integration is mandatory and I can’t get the addons that if contact form is not working. Could you please help me?
