you should make sure you’ve assigned the certificate to the correct quiz under Quiz Settings → Certificates. Verify that a certificate template exists (some users accidentally delete or leave it blank). If you’re using merge tags (like %POINTS%, %QUIZ_NAME%, etc.), ensure they’re correctly formatted.
