    Good moorning,

    We’ve used Quiz and survey master plugin for the last year without problems in three different domains, and we are very satisfied; but recently we detected that in the last 15 days the pages that have the survey shortcode doesn’t work at all, in fact they give an HTTP ERROR 500. The other pages works correctly.

    We’ve continued with the research and finally discovered an incompatibility with the plugin page-builder (by SiteOrigin), so we solve the problem for the moment disactivating this plugin in the survey pages.

    Welcome to QSM Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

    I opened all the links you mentioned above and none of them gave 500 error. I am attaching screenshots of quizz’s pages with my response.

    Though error 500 is a server error and does not occur because of the plugin. Please refer to this article: https://www.westhost.com/knowledgebase/display/WES/What+Is+A+500+error

    We’ve been using the Quiz and Survey Master plugin for over a year without issues, but recently the pages with survey shortcodes started giving HTTP ERROR 500, while other pages work fine. It’s a bit frustrating, kind of like standing in long lines just to get your pay info—but thankfully, with the salary slip portal login, you can skip the hassle, register on the ESS Utumishi Salary Slip portal, and access your salary info and tax details easily from home.
