    Hi

    I sent a message in PayPal and SAC of the plugin but I didnt receive any message yet.

    I did two buys and I didnt receive any of these. So I open a dispute in PayPal for these two payments to be refunded, if you can see and do it, please.

    Hi,

    We can mark your payment as “complete” if you are still interested. We will refund one of the amounts as you have paid twice for the same plugin.

    Hi,

    We have marked 1 payment as complete, now you can use the plugin

    Secondly, we are trying to refund the 2nd second payment, but it results in error – we will keep trying and contact paypal is unsuccessful. (screenshot attached)

    Also, the payment was pending from paypal side and we didn’t get any notification when it was approved. (screenshot attachd)

    Sorry, as I informed before, I don’t wanna more the product. I didn’t receive when I did the buy, I am sorry if your system didnt receive the information but, as I said, I don’t wanna anymore.

    SO I am waiting for the boths refunds and I will not do the download because I already bought other one days ago.
