    HI,

    I am trying to integrate EDD with my QSM plugin to restrict access to certain quizzes. But EDD integration doesn’t seem to work. I am not getting any options in the drop down as shown in the attachment. Please provide a resolution at the earliest.

    Hi Somya,

    We figured out that it happens when no downloads are published using the EDD plugin. You have to publish downloadable files using the ‘Downloads’ section in the side panel of WordPress admin area.

    It sounds like the EDD integration with QSM isn’t functioning as expected—especially if the dropdown isn’t showing available products. Just like how the HeyTea Drinks Menu must load properly for users to browse drink options, your plugin setup should populate data accurately. Make sure EDD and QSM are updated, and check for JavaScript or theme conflicts that might block dropdowns.
