Hi There,
I have ben in touch with support over the last few months and the communication has ceased… I note the follwoing issues remain.. Can these please be looked into asap.
– Mailchimp Integration not functioning with quiz, contacts do not add into list on mailchimp
– Charts and questions still displaying incorrectly (questions above and below charts, size of charts differ)
– No way to un-publish (draft quiz) / do not display quiz via post settings (automatically publishes even when set to draft)… permalink increases in numbers every time it is set to draft and reopened. I have a private quiz that I cannot remove…
– Upload function within questions / quizThank you!

We tested the issues you mentioned above on our test website, we would like to share our findings with you.
1. We tested Mailchimp addon and we found no issues of this addon with QSM plugin. Here is the link to a screen recording which demonstrates that the addon works perfectly fine with the plugin: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hUAJSZ4ICyIS93UJwDtU_BhKm0dZXpuk/view
2. We found that it is a bug and we have forwarded it to our development team. It will be fixed soon.
3. We have recorded this as a feature bug and we will try to release it in the next version update.
4. We can upload image to a question, there is add media button in the editor.Kind Regards,

As per your refund request, we have found out that your purchase was made in March 2019. According to our refund policy, refund requests are processed within 30 days of purchase.

QSM moved under new management just 4 months ago. We are still interested to work with you to resolve all the issues but since refund was tried with the previous management it would be impossible for us to refund at this point.
We have recorded the bugs and we will try to resolve them soon.

That is unacceptable. We can’t be held responsible for change in management. Since purchasing this we have attempted to resolve these issues as per our last correspondence, the support has been well below average. There has been no time frame stated as to when or how these issues will be resolved. It has taken from March 2019 upon purchase of this plugin until now to even get to this stage. Absolutely ridiculous. Again, we expect a full refund. We seem to be chasing our tail with no support from you, as a result we have Lodged a PayPal dispute. Not happy with this at all.

We are ready to refund 50% as we are not responsible for the behaviour of previous management. If you like, we can also provide the email of the last owner and we are in already talks with them.

As we are not responsible for both prior and current management of the QSM plugin, we are seeking a 100% refund from you. Again we have raised a dispute with Paypal as QSM is providing no support for the plugin and us as a end user. Paypal will sort it out accordingly.

We are still ok to refund 50% of the amount you paid because we understand the pain you had with the previous management. But, we are unable to refund the 100% amount at the moment. Please have faith in us because we are always here to help our valuable customers.
